Synthetic yarn, fishing line, hotel room.

Residence Inn, Seattle, WA.  Seattle has a strange yearning for importance that seems to impart itself into everything, especially tourism.  I decided to mark my presence in this expensive city with a big black X.  There seemed to be very little craft support in Seattle as well, so I felt obligated to get a little flashy with the stitch patterns.
